Talk
with your local pastor, college chaplain or a career guidance counselor
to obtain ideas for education and practical training. Your preparation
depends a lot on what you want to do. Some mission work requires
specialized skills, other work mostly needs quality experience in
leading people to Jesus. If you are considering going with a particular
agency, call them to find out what they are specifically looking
for. Talk with missionaries that have served in your area of interest
to see what type of training they think is helpful.
